How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Noreviews Plumbing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Noreviews Plumbing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we put you in touch with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, you will usually want to raise it with the plumber first and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Noreviews Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@noreviews.world and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Not Happy With Our Answer?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
